Gem Master II, one of the top faceting machines built in the last 20 years. No longer manufactured, although Wyatt Yeager at Fac-Ette has said he plans to build new ones in the future.
This machine, serial number 0653-L, was manufactured in 2010. I bought it from the original owner, and it is in superb condition. Comes with 61 dops, three index wheels (64, 96, 120), the deluxe transfer jig and the original shipping box. The laps that came with it are mostly new, and the owner’s records of stones cut shows the machine really had not much use. The laps are basically workaday cutting laps of low value and not worth the cost/effort of shipping — and anyone interested in a GMII already has better laps, so they won’t be included.
